2. All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product there can be no returns or refunds. Please ensure that your email account is available to receive our emails and that it is secure inasmuch as only you have access to it. We are an online shop and sell electronic Phonecards or PINs on behalf of many telephone companies. We do not provide the telephone service. The Phonecards or PINs all have a dedicated customer services number that you will be supplied with. If you experience a problem you need to contact the customer services of the telephone company that provides the service for the phonecard or PIN you have purchased. This is the same situation as buying a mobile phone top up card - if you have a problem you contact the mobile phone company, not the shop where you purchased the card.
3. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to electronically supplied phonecards or PINs.
4. These Terms & Conditions do not affect the consumers statutory rights.
