Although we will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the web site, neither the company nor any directors, owners, employees or representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.

You undertake that all the details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services or registration with us for a supply of goods or services are correct, and that the Credit or Debit card you are using is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchase. If there are any changes to the personal information supplied by you since you last used our services, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately and in any case, at the start of any transaction. Each and every time you make a purchase by phone or from our website, you confirm that the information which we hold about you is true and accurate. You may update your details online whenever wish, even without making a purchase.

In all cases, we may request further information to confirm your identity.

The online confirmation of payment does not signify our acceptance of your order which may be rejected if we cannot verify the information including the credit/debit card information supplied. The details that you have supplied must match the details held by your Card Issuer exactly. If they do not, we may defer acceptance of your transaction and seek further proof to identify you as the authorised user of the credit/debit card or decline your purchase altogether. This is in order to protect cardholders against misuse of their card.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product there can be no returns or refunds. You must ensure that your email account is available to receive our emails and that it is secure inasmuch as only you have access to it. We sell electronic Phonecards or PINs on behalf of many telephone companies. We do not provide the telephone service. The Phonecards or PINs all have a dedicated customer services number that you will be supplied with. If you experience a problem you need to contact the customer services of the telephone company that provides the service for the phonecard or PIN you have purchased. This is the same situation as buying a mobile phone top up card - if you have a problem you contact the mobile phone company, not the shop where you purchased the card.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to electronically supplied phonecards or PINs.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect the consumers statutory rights.
